General Rules


Academic Years -

The academic year of the school extends from April to March and is divided into two working terms as shown below.

Terminal examinations are conducted at the end of each term.





General Rules -

  • The school reserves all the rights to fine, punish or rusticate the student from the school if at any time it is felt that the student's stay at the school is not in the interest of other students or the school. Such a decision is taken on the recommendation of discipline committee. The decision of the principal is final and cannot be challenged.
  • Students must strictly adhere to punctuality. Late comers are liable to be punished. Those who remain absent from the school without permission for 10 days or more, will be struck off from the school. For absence without leave, a fine of SR. 5 per day is imposed.
  • Parents or visitors are not allowed to meet or contact the student without the prior permission of the M.O.Ds / Principal.
  • Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseased will not be permitted to attend classes.
  • Parents are expected to check their children turn up properly and do their homework regularly.
  • Expulsion: Behavior with serious consequences which may lead to suspension or expulsion such as:
    • 1) His/Her academic progress, conduct or behavior is consistently found to be unsatisfactory.
    • 2) He/She is guilty of moral turpitude.
    • 3) Displays insolent behavior towards any staff member.
    • 4) Willfully damages the school property.
  • If a student damages the school property willfully or mischievously, he/she will be required to pay the damages in addition to any punishment awarded by the principal.
  • Students are not allowed to keep in their possession cellular phones, audio/video cassettes, video games, large amount of money or valuable item, not required essentially in the classroom while in the school.
  • The students coming late or not in the proper uniform/haircut (boys) are not allowed to attend the class.
  • The tuition fee must be payed in advance regularly whether the student is attending or availing approved leave.
  • Students are expected to communicate in English language in the school.
  • No student can leave the school premises during school hours without written permission of the M.O.Ds / Principal.
  • In case of an accident or any physical mishap during school hours, all efforts are made to contact the parents and the best available first aid is provided but no claim for any compensation whatsoever shall be entertained.
  • Safety and security of the students:
    For safety and security measures the students are instructed to stay inside the gates of the school and are not allowed to wait the transport outside the boundaries of the school after the school timings. The parents are also kindly requested to pick their children from the gates of the school. The school is not responsible for any mishap or incident that takes place outside the boundaries of the school.


Transport Rules -

  • Students must report at pickup point five minutes earlier than scheduled time.
  • Students should be in proper school uniform.
  • In case of any damage to the bus fittings fine of SR. 50 will be imposed and bus facility will be cancelled.
  • For any type of misbehavior in the bus a fine of SR. 50 will be imposed and bus facility will be cancelled.
  • Eating, drinking and chewing in the bus is strictly prohibited.


Class Discipline Rules -

  • Maintain decorum of the classroom, be calm and quiet.
  • Attend the class on time, try not to interrupt the class by coming late.
  • Do not leave the class without the permission of the subject teacher.
  • Listen to the teacher with rapt attention.
  • Do not hesitate for guidance from your teacher.
  • Enhance your knowledge by consulting books other than prescribed syllabus.
  • Eating / Chewing gum is not allowed in the classroom.
  • Arrange the furniture before leaving the classroom.
