Admission Policies -

Admissions remain open throughout the year and are regularly held at the beginning of the academic session and after summer vacations. Being the only regular and recognized educational institute for the Pakistani community in the city, each and every applicant is essentially accommodated. An admission test/interview is administered for the candidates by the admission committee. Applications for admission are accepted on the prescribed admission forms. The following documents are required to be attached with the application:

School leaving cirtificate

A school leaving certificate from recognized / licensed institute.

Result of school leaving class

Result of school leaving class from previous institute.

Mother's passport

Photocopy of mother’s passport showing name and date of birth of the child.

Father's Iqama

Photocopy of father’s Iqama and endorsement of the family there in.

Fee Receipt

Proof of last fee paid in the previous school.

Migration Certificate

(FOR SSC AND HSSC ONLY)
migrration certificate from the previous Board in case of student seeking admission in Secondary or Higher Secondary classes.

Request for withdrawal shall be made on proper form after clearance of dues.

Things to know first

-For admission in KG-I, fee will be charged from the date when student completes 4 years.
-From KG-I to VIII, admission test will be conducted for English, Mathematics and Urdu subjects where as for IX to XII, all subjects.
-School dues must be payed by 20th of each month.
-For admission to nursery, age of child must be above 3 years.

School Timings

-KG-I to KG-II 7:30 A.M to 11:45 A.M
-I to XII 7:30 A.M to 01:00 P.M
-The students of KG-I and KG-II if not picked at 11:45 a.m. are kept in the classrooms under the supervision of the class teachers concerned up to 01:00 P.M.
